Channelwill Tech Inc., also known as "ParcelPanel" ("We", "Us", "Our") recognizes the importance of privacy. ParcelPanel will process Your Personal Data, in a number of ways: collected through our Site located at parcelpanel.com, the website applications, the application programming interface (API) related services, and affiliated sites owned by ParcelPanel (collectively "Sites") based on ParcelPanel belief of respect for the individual and in accordance with this ParcelPanel Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

Additional Personal Data You provide through linking different User accounts, is done so on a voluntary basis or to meet a request You have formulated.
The Personal Data will be stored for as long as You have an active account and continue to use ParcelPanel Services, or as is required for the Purpose for which the Personal Data was collected.
ParcelPanel will usually remove Your Personal Data generated and/or provided by You within 180 days after the data has been generated or provided. However, if the storage period needs to be extended for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving disputes, or complying with legal requirements, Users will be notified in writing of the reasons and the extended period, with the maximum extended period not exceeding the legal limit.

ParcelPanel does not sell or share Your personal data to with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.
