For Merchants: Worry-Free Delivery is completely free for you.

Customers pay the premium at checkout, which is included in your Shopify payouts. The insurer then deducts the premium (excluding your 15% commission) weekly from your linked card.

For Customers: The cost of Worry-Free Delivery is calculated as 2% of the order value or $1.28 USD, whichever is higher.

Examples:

  • Order value: $39 → 2% = $0.78, compared with $1.28 → final cost = $1.28 USD
  • Order value: $99 → 2% = $1.98, compared with $1.28 → final cost = $1.98 USD

How do consumers submit claims?

If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen (porch piracy) during shipping, consumers can file a claim through the Shipping Protection Resolution Center.

Claim Process:

  • Consumers can access the claim portal via the email received after purchasing Worry-Free Delivery or ParcelPanel order tracking page.
  • If the issue meets the claim requirements, they can file a claim.
  • Once the insurance company approves the claim, compensation will be issued to the customer’s specified payment method.
